Each term below has a page of its own, defined as the tool that uses it means it. Where a concept has a fuller reference page, the entry links to it.

frontmatter	The metadata block at the very top of a document.
metadata	The key/value pairs manni meta validates.
extractor	The format-specific reader of a document’s metadata.
schema	A JSON Schema declaring the metadata a file carries.
schema set	The schemas resolved for one file, all of which apply.
schema reference	A pointer to a schema, as a builtin id, file, or URL.
$schema key	The key a document uses to name its own schemas.
meta-schema URI	The URI that declares the dialect a schema is written in.
dialect	A version of the JSON Schema specification.
JSON Pointer	The syntax that names the field an error is about.
OKF	The format of the schema anchoring manni meta’s default set.
override	A source that outranks another in schema resolution.
validation	Checking extracted metadata against its schema set.
extraction	Reading metadata out of a document.

manni graph

Term	In short
triple	One statement in the graph.
quad	A triple plus the graph it belongs to.
IRI	The identifier of a node in the graph.
base IRI	The prefix every minted IRI hangs off.
CURIE	A compact IRI, written prefix:local.
namespace	A set of RDF terms under one IRI prefix.
graph block	The frontmatter key that says what a page is about.
derivation	Turning documents into triples.
concept	A SKOS node a subject or a tag names.
concept scheme	The one SKOS scheme every concept belongs to.
concept mapping	A link from a term to a concept in another vocabulary.
section	A heading, as a node in the graph.
orphan	A document no other document links to.
hub	One of the most-connected documents.
harvest rule	Deeper wins, per fact, when a page says it twice.
near miss	An unread key that looks like a read one.
SHACL	The shapes language the graph is checked against.
focus node	The node a SHACL finding is about.
closed shape	A shape that rejects any predicate it does not list.
emergent failure	A failure only the merged graph can show.
severity	The family’s scale, notice, warning or error.
coverage	The share of documents carrying each measured field.
turn	One inference call.
confidence	A model’s own score for a value it proposes.
guardrail	The check that drops a proposal the shapes reject.
meta-provenance	The record of which fields a machine wrote.
curated pointer	A graph field only a person may write.
JSON-LD	RDF written as JSON.
iiRDS	The tekom standard for information delivery.
search index	The lexical index the browser runtime reads.
sample question	A question a reader asks to reach a page.
golden set	The reviewed reader questions, pinned to their answers.
vector sidecar	The embeddings graph embed computes.
localization manifest	The file listing each locale and its artifacts.
x-manni-graph-output	Whether a published graph may carry a field.
x-manni-term	A field whose values must name terms.
